The aim of the project is to create an opportunity to develop the competencies of workers who are involved in the sport discipline of para-vaulting, to implement new procedures in the field of sports organization and methodological preparation for para-vaulting during joint educational activities based on international cooperation. We want to achieve this goal by implementing webinars and educational mobility, and thus the participants will gain valuable experience, know-how and strengthen their professional development.
