No words can describe how wonderful was to receive our dear friends from several countries in Europe and host the 4th Meeting of the European Equine Assisted Therapy Network.
We had a 3 day full program of activities, including online presentations, round tables, workshops and cultural meetings. It is allways so good to see each one in person.
The EEATN consists of Equine Assisted Therapy (EAT) associations and practitioners from across Europe. Its objectives are to establish standardized terminology, work towards the recognition of EAT, and facilitate the sharing and exchange of best practices and education models. EEATN links therapists internationally while encouraging national associations and cooperation among practitioners within their respective countries. HETI assists EEATN in facilitating connection, communication, and collaboration among organizations and individuals within the European Equine Assisted Therapy community.

We were wonderfully received at D. Dinis Professional Agricultural School, Paiã Equestrian Centre.
A public School that supports the teaching within the scope of the Equine Management Technician Course, the CEF for Equine Training and the Agricultural Production Technician Course and the Hippotherapy Project.
Sunday we met at the Hippodrome of Campo Grande Sociedade Hípica Portuguesa in the Equestrian Centre from APCL. This was a charming place to make the Closure of the Discussions and we were very well received. Thank you so much for all those involved in such an amazing event!!!
